AI Solution for the Pharmaceutical Industry - Site Dinn

The Problem
Companies relying on sales teams face constant challenges to maximize productivity, reach more clients in less time, and maintain a high level of personalized service. One of the key challenges is prioritizing visits, optimizing routes, and ensuring an efficient approach. This case study demonstrates how an AI-powered product transformed this reality, driving greater efficiency and impact for businesses.
My Role
As a Product Designer, my role was to ensure the platform was not only functional but also intuitive and aligned with the end users' needs. I worked on the initial research, flow definition, prototyping, and beta user validation, ensuring the experience delivered positive results for both the business and its users. I used Figma and FlutterFlow during the prototyping and development phases for both the app and web system, taking an active role in the front-end through Flutter’s no-code interface.
Process
Initial Research
Objective: Understand the main pain points of sales teams in their daily routines.
I interviewed 10 sales consultants and 5 managers from industries considering adopting the Dinn tool. Through these interviews, I mapped out their daily workflows and the rituals involved in the processes of each activity they performed during their work.
Data Analysis
Reviewed market reports on sales intelligence and industry benchmarks to align best practices with the product.
Journey Mapping: Studied daily routines, visit frequencies, visit durations, and client types to identify inefficiencies.
Prototyping and Testing
Created wireframes to validate flows and functionalities with FlutterFlow.
Conducted UI studies for components within Figma.
Performed usability testing with beta users to ensure clear and optimized navigation.
Methodology:
Interviewed 10 sales consultants and 5 managers.
Analyzed routines to identify bottlenecks like visit prioritization, routing, and preparation time.
Rapid iterations based on user feedback.
Pilot and Validation
Launched a pilot with a small group of 20 users, later expanding to 70 after 7 days.
Monitored engagement and collected continuous feedback for final adjustments.

Key Learnings
The adoption of artificial intelligence in the sales sector had a direct impact on efficiency and revenue generation. As a Product Designer, it was rewarding to lead the transformation of a complex challenge into a practical, highly scalable solution.
What I’d Do Differently: I would spend more time engaging with users upfront. Since the product didn’t exist, we had limited time to dive deep into user routines, which led to prioritizing some features that consumed more time than planned.
