Redesign of MoneyMio's Website and Onboarding - Site MoneyMio

The Problem
The original MoneyMio website presented critical barriers in communication and usability:
Lack of clarity about the solution: The website failed to objectively convey what MoneyMio offers, leaving users confused about the value of the paid plan (R$29.90 per month) and unaware of the existence of the app and financial assistant.
Unoptimized design: Created without a designer, the site relied on WhatsApp screenshots, which poorly represented the product's potential.
Difficulty interacting with the assistant: Many users did not know how to use the financial assistant, whether in the app or open conversations on WhatsApp.portance of trails in the region as an international destination.
My Role
I worked as a Product Designer with the following responsibilities:
Investigation and diagnosis: Analysis of the existing site and mapping of the system’s visual and functional structure.
Understanding the target audience: Identification of the different user profiles of MoneyMio and their main pain points.
Process
Research and Discovery
User interviews: Understanding the difficulties with the website and financial assistant.
Competitive analysis: Evaluating how other financial solutions communicate value.
Journey mapping: Identifying critical points in the discovery, registration, and initial usage stages of the solution.
Prototyping and Iteration
Wireframes: Sketches to define the initial structure of the website and onboarding screens.
Prototyping in Framer: Creation of navigable prototypes for user testing.
Usability Testing
Qualitative validation: Testing with real users to identify areas for improvement.
Refinement: Adjustments based on feedback collected during the tests.
Final Delivery
Direct implementation in Framer: The validated design was published without additional development.
Solution
Complete System Redesign
New responsive website: Layout designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile, clearly and visually highlighting MoneyMio’s main benefits. Built 100% in Framer with no coding.
Guided Onboarding in the App and WhatsApp
Interactive explanations on how to use the financial assistant.
Examples of common questions users can ask the assistant.
Integration of tutorials directly into WhatsApp when opening the assistant.




Results after 30 days of monitoring:

Key Learnings
As a Product Designer in the MoneyMio project, I learned that design is about clearly communicating value, educating users, and driving results.
Research, agile prototyping, and metrics-driven decisions were key to transforming the experience and creating real impact.
