Competitor analysis, including platforms like GetNinjas, to identify strengths and weaknesses.

RD Station Landing Page: Launched a conversion page to capture initial data, later updated to include critical information.
Professional Card: Created detailed profiles to highlight professionals' skills and portfolios.
Validation and Manual Operations
Utilized WhatsApp Business for direct communication between clients and professionals.
Sent detailed service descriptions and personalized professional profiles.
BI Dashboard for Monitored conversion data and MVP efficiency.
Service Blueprint
The service map was crucial to identifying all touchpoints along the journey, from initial capture to service completion.
It detailed the roles of clients, professionals, and the operational team, aligning processes and addressing bottlenecks to optimize interactions.

Key Learnings
By manually executing this MVP over 30 days of work, I was able to help 4 professionals and 5 clients solve a common problem: on one side, someone needing to hire a professional, and on the other, someone looking for work.
It was a period of long days filled with valuable learning and validations, ultimately achieving the business goal of promoting more job opportunities for the students of "Parceiro da Construção."
In a perfect technological scenario, achieving these connection results could have taken 3 to 6 months, not to mention the financial investment required to make the entire operation function.
Reducing risks and learning quickly has never been so clear to me as it was during the course of this project.
